The North/South line will start operations on 22 July 2018, making the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre even easier to reach.  In addition to its train station, tram stop and junction on the Amsterdam ring road, the multifunctional event location RAI Amsterdam will also have its own metro stop in front of the convention centre once the North/South metro line opens: Station Europaplein.
The metro station has two entrances: one on the south side, by the Holland Complex, and one on the north, by the Europa Complex. It is expected that the station will be used by some 20,000 passengers a day.
