The fully renovated guest rooms and suites welcome with a bright, warm, homely ambience designed for productivity. The hotel also features destination-inspired details: the rooms, for example, are reminiscent of Dutch flower fields and meadows and the architecture around Schiphol Airport; the three crosses from Amsterdam’s coat of arms are reflected in the design of the reception; and the new, all-day Commune restaurant serves vegetarian dishes made from regional ingredients and Dutch beer and gin. The Stripes restaurant tempts with upscale cuisine, focusing on dishes from Josper Grill.
