On 1 March 2002 the Scottish Convention Bureau opened a German branch office near Travel Marketing Factory GmbH in Munich. Scotland offers venues for events with ten to 10,000 people in country manors, hotels, but also castles and palaces. Social programmes inevitably include golf and rugby, yachting and whisky-making.
