Düsseldorf. In mid-September Seminar- und Tagungsbörse (STB) celebrated its 25th exhibition at CCD Düsseldorf. 258 exhibitors, including hotels, convention centres, incentive and event agencies, and tourist offices presented themselves to 1,017 trade visitors. According to surveys, around 90 per cent felt their “expectations were very well or well-met.” “I was at many STBs,” reports Gerda Sandner of Heitsch & Partner. “However, this time I had the best talks, did not take part in the workshop programme as planned and still could have visited a few more stands.” The exhibitors also sounded happy. Over 80 per cent were able to establish or sign deals. And that although 13 mostly free workshops from “customer satisfaction” to “high performance” were on offer. The next STB will be on 23 November 2005 at ICM Munich. www.seminar-und-tagungsboerse.de
