Some 1,000 guests followed the invitation of

the second convention and meetings initiative – „Erfurt invites you“ – from 12

to 14 April 2002 in the capital of Thuringia. The hosts – Erfurt Tourism Society

and Erfurt Tourist Board – and service providers – Erfurt Fair, the Augustinian

monastery and Kaisersaal – presented Erfurt as a meetings destination (www.erfurt-tourist-info.de).
