Tallinn Creative Hub. The city of Tallinn has opened one of the more unusual facilities for hosting large events. Called the Tallinn Creative Hub, the building served as the city’s central until 1979 and has since been fully revamped and preserved, right down to the bricks and the boilers. Its name in Estonian translates to “Culture Cauldron” in reference to the former boiler room that now makes up the largest meeting space of the 700 m², 500-person venue and features a pair of giant steam boilers. There’s also the slightly smaller Black Box that can accomodate more than 400 seated guests. In addition, several breakout rooms are available. The venue is located at city-centre and within walking distance of major hotels.

“The Tallinn Creative Hub will definitely be a huge advantage for Tallinn, adding another large conference venue to the list of what we can offer. Foreign visitors who have previewed it have raved about it, and that’s not surprising considering how much it stands out from the average meeting space,” ECB’s Managing Director Kadri Karu said in a statement.
