London five-star hotel The Dorchester, situated to the east of Hyde Park, announces the appointment of Vincent McGrath as hotel manager. Vincent arrives along with Luca Virgilio, recently appointed general manager.

According to a press release, Vincent brings „a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality“, and will oversee the day to day operation of the hotel as well as support an extensive renovation commencing in February this year. He returns to the UK following his tenure as area general manager for Caesars Palace at Bluewaters Dubai since 2016. 

Prior to his time in Dubai, Vincent was director of operations for The Savoy for eight years during which time the hotel also underwent a significant restoration.

The team at The Dorchester will be welcoming Vincent back as he previously worked at the hotel as deputy director of food and beverage between 1996 and 2000. Luca Virgilio commented: „It is a great pleasure to welcome Vincent back to The Dorchester and to be beginning our journey here in London together. Vincent is an exceptionally talented operations professional and will play an integral part in running this legendary hotel as it enters a new era.“
