Who is biggest? London, Singapur…and: Melbourne! The largest observation wheel in the southern hemisphere and the third largest observation wheel in the world has been launched in Australia, called the Southern Star, standing 40-storeys high with a 120-metre orbit. It is open to the public since November at Waterfront City in Docklands, Melbourne. At the same time, Singapore successfully hosted the world’s inaugural Formula One night race.
