EventMobi has announced the launch of BadgeON, a portable check-in and badge printing solution designed for events with 200 to 2,000 attendees. The system combines wireless hardware with the redesigned BadgeON App and enables decentralized check-in processes without fixed power connections or external technician support. According to the company, the solution can be deployed at multiple locations across a venue, including reception areas, session entrances or exhibition floors. BadgeON is available as a floor-standing unit and as a desk-mounted station. Both versions combine an iPad with a compact label printer for on-demand badge production.

The new App supports session check-in and access management with real-time capacity monitoring and reservation tracking. EventMobi stated that the software license model scales according to attendee volume rather than fixed hardware contracts. The company said the solution will ship from July 2026 onward in cooperation with One World Rental. Event planners attending IMEX Frankfurt 2026 from 19 to 21 May 2026 will be able to see the system in operation at the EventMobi stand.
