Prague strengthens MICE positioning through unified destination branding
The city’s business events sector recorded the strongest growth in events for 50 to 500 delegates, while international events accounted for 43 % of the total market. At the same time, Prague City Tourism and the Prague Convention Bureau announced a unified branding strategy that integrates the MICE segment into the city’s wider tourism identity. The initiative forms part of Prague’s 2024–2027 tourism strategy, which aims to position the destination around culture, quality and international expertise. The first campaign under the new branding is built around the tagline “unconventional conventions” and promotes Prague as a destination for congresses, conferences and business events connected to science, creativity and innovation.
