RX Appoints Katrine Graugaard as Global Head of Corporate Communications

RX, a global events and exhibitions company, has named Katrine Graugaard as its new Global Head of Corporate Communications. She succeeds Nathalie Haxby, who will retire at the end of March 2026 after six years with the company.

Katrine Graugaard accumulated more than 20 years of international communications experience in multi-market organisations. She joins RX from Wavemaker, part of WPP, where she served as Global Head of Marketing and Communications. At RX, she will lead the company’s global communications strategy, support the Executive Leadership Team, and oversee internal and external engagement, storytelling and brand positioning. Graugaard will also join the Executive Leadership Team and report directly to CEO Hugh Jones.

CEO Hugh Jones described Graugaard as “an accomplished and highly respected communications leader” whose expertise in brand transformation and corporate reputation will support RX’s global ambitions. Graugaard commented that she looks forward to contributing to RX’s growth and impact, working with teams worldwide to strengthen communications across the company. RX also expressed thanks to Nathalie Haxby for her six years of service and leadership in the role.
